Ballon d’Or 2026: Where to Watch the Ceremony Live, Nominees Revealed

The 70th Ballon d’Or ceremony takes place on Monday, 26 October 2026, broadcast live from London. Whether you’re in France or elsewhere, here’s a full list of official broadcasters by country.

The official website, ballondor.com, will offer real-time coverage of the event, including the ceremony itself, expert analysis, full statistics and live results from 6 PM to 11 PM (London time).

In most countries, viewers can watch for free on DAZN after a quick sign-up.

France
The ceremony will air live and free-to-air on L’Équipe TV. The channel will open with a special programme covering the red carpet at the London Palladium, with players and celebrities arriving and sharing their first reactions before the ceremony begins. It will also be streamed free of charge on L’Équipe’s website and mobile app.

2026 Ballon d’Or Nominees Revealed

The 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony will be held on Monday, 26 October at the London Palladium Theatre, the first time the event has been staged in London.

Football’s most prestigious individual award, created by France Football in 1956, celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. Since 2024, it has been co-organised by France Football (owned by the L’Équipe Group) and UEFA. London was chosen as host city as a tribute to the award’s first-ever winner, England’s Stanley Matthews.
